How Does the Free Trial Work?
You get full and unlimited access to all features of the paid accounts. If you are using features of the paid accounts when your trial is over, you'll be prompted to choose a way to pay.
What's in the Free Plan
You get all the features and security of a paid account with the exception of SSL, groups, myVersionControl on your domain and continuous backups.
What Payment Methods do you Accept?
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. If you are a business that needs to pay on presentation of a purchase order, we can accommodate you however we will request bi-annual or annual billing in advance.
What if I Need Help?
We have a comprehensive knowledge base with lots of screenshots and step by step instructions. If you do get stuck, you can browse our discussion forums, or drop us an email and we'll get right back to you.
Is there a Minimum Term?
You pay monthly in advance for the service (after your free trial's up). If you want to cancel, no problem, we don't need you to give us any notice. We can't refund any pro-rated payments, but once flagged for closure, your account will stay accessible until the end of your billing cycle.
Do I get a Discount for Paying in Advance?
We'll give you a 10% discount if you pay your account 1 year in advance. Just sign up for the free trial and drop us note at support@myversioncontrol.com to arrange.
How do I Upgrade or Downgrade
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your account whenever you want straight from the control panel.
Browser Minimum Requirements
The control panel requires a web standards compliant browser with JavaScript switched on. We recommend FireFox or Safari. IE7 and 8 are also supported. IE6 works but you can expect some control panel layout weirdness.
